FAQs

Supporting Good Sleep course is for Psychological Counsellors and Therapists working with adult clients. You need to demonstrate you are a member of a professional counselling/therapy body to attend. The course aims to provide delegates with knowledge and skills to incorporate sleep advice in their practice.

We currently accept only Psychological Therapists/Counsellors, registered with a professional body. This is due to the course being taught at a level that assumes existing knowledge and skills on psychological therapy approaches.

Other disciplines in adult mental health, such as psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy and support work, should consider the Sleep Counselling for Adults training.
