By supporting Sleep Action, whether with £5 or £100, you will be making a lasting difference to the lives of children, young people and their families across the UK and Ireland.
Just £21.28 can pay for a sleep assessment for a sleep deprived parent through our Sleep Support Line.
How to donate to Sleep Action
You can donate to Sleep Action using one of these methods
Donate through Wonderful
You can make a donation to us through the charity donation platform, Wonderful.
By online shopping
You can raise donations at no additional cost by shopping through EasyFundraising.
Before shopping, start at www.easyfundraising.org.uk and select Capella Charity. You can then shop with thousands of retailers as normal. (Capella is the non-profit organisation that operates the charitable service, Sleep Action).
Each retailer will donate between 0.5% and 10% of the net purchase price excluding VAT, returns and shipping fees.
By cheque
You can send a cheque payable to Capella Charity to our head office.
