Sleep Action recommends a two-tier Sleep Service to ensure tailored support while managing caseload effectively.
Tier 1
Generalised training to address common sleep issues in typically developing individuals.
Tier 2
Specialised training,which equips staff to handle complex sleep problems in individuals with additional support needs.
