As the Training Programme Coordinator, you will play an integral role in shaping and implementing Sleep Action’s training programme strategy.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced manager from within the third sector, or statutory sector (NHS, Social Work, Education, or Event Management) who is a creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
Your excellent organisational skills will be key, as you will be responsible for prioritising your own and your team of 3 administrators’ workload. Exceptional communication skills are a must, with the ability to adapt your communicative approach to suit varying audiences and stakeholders. As an experienced networker, you will confidently promote the training courses that Capella provides.
A team player mindset is essential, as you will be expected to help and support a small team. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who can take the lead and work with lecturers to coordinate and organise training courses, both virtual and in person.
