Bi-monthly free webinar series exploring a range of sleep-related topics for health and social care professionals who work with children, young people, families and adults. As the new year rolls in, many of our service users have new year's resolutions around taking better care of themselves by eating better or getting more exercise, but can making sleep a priority make a huge difference to our mental and physical health? Come and hear why improving sleep can be so beneficial for us all.

This webinar is open to all health and social care professionals, whether you've trained with us in the past or have recently become interested in sleep. Webinars will be hosted by Sleep Action presenters and take the format of informal topical presentation and Q&A.
