  • What is sleep – physiology of sleep, including circadian rhythm and sleep stages
  • What happens when we don’t get good sleep? 
  • What can affect sleep? Focus on mental and physical health conditions which can affect sleep 
  • How to support your client to get a good night’s sleep   and integrate sleep support to your therapeutic approach
  • Supporting resources to take away
