Our Sound Sleep programme is designed for professionals in the education sector working with children & young people from nursery age right through to upper teens.
Our training programme provides professionals with knowledge about the nature & importance of sleep for children & young people as well as giving them age-appropriate tools & strategies to be able to support young people to address sleep issues, be that 1 to 1, class inputs or whole school approaches.
We recently commissioned research into the impact & outcomes of our Sound Sleep training. One of the key findings of this research is that 94% of delegates who responded stated that they felt the Sleep Action Sound Sleep programme should be included as part of the school curriculum. We also know that 100% of delegates from the last 6 Sleep Action Sound Sleep training courses would recommend the course to a colleague. See a summary of the report findings here or you can read the whole report here.
We are proud of the quality & range of training that we offer & this most recent research reinforces its value in addressing the key health issues of poor & insufficient sleep. We would like to thank all our colleagues from across the UK for helping us complete this research & for the amazing work they do helping improve attainment, achievement & outcomes by helping those they work with to improve their sleep.
