Who is Supporting Good Sleep course for?
Supporting Good Sleep course is for Psychological Counsellors and Therapists working with adult clients. The course aims to provide delegates with knowledge and skills to incorporate sleep advice in their practice.
If you would like to train to be a more hands-on practitioner and work with adults with complex support needs 1:1 on sleep improvement, we would recommend Sleep Counselling for Adults instead.
