Paediatric Sleep Day

Explore sleep in children and young people

For many children and young people, sleep is a significant issue and appointments with paediatric medical staff are often the first time that families raise the issue. This course is aimed at professionals with medical knowledge and training, including paediatricians, GPs, health visitors, OTs, Physiotherapists etc.

Our training is grounded in the latest research, built on evidence-based practice, and tried and tested for over 27 years. Every strategy we share is endorsed by experienced practitioners who continue to use them because they see real results.

We are proud of the impact our training makes:
• 100% of participants report being satisfied with the training
• 94% say their knowledge and understanding of sleep has improved
• 91% feel more confident supporting families with sleep

As a paediatric medical professional with a better understanding of sleep, you will be able to discuss sleep issues and recognise how additional support needs may impact sleep in this population.
