Interested in training your whole team, service or organisation? All Sleep Action training courses are available by commission and can be delivered online or in-person to suit your needs

Tailored group training, designed around your practice

We offer a range of tailored training solutions that complement your current practice and enhance the care your team provides.

Commissioning training provides a more personalised experience, helping your team explore how best to integrate a sleep service into your workplace in a way that truly meets your needs.

Want training to come to you? We’re happy to bring our expert Lecturers to you, making training even more accessible for your team. Many organisations choose this option as it allows them to train more people than our online courses can accommodate, while fostering stronger team interactions.

If you are interested in commissioning group training either online or face-to-face, use the form below to request details and a complete cost breakdown.

Why train with Sleep Action

Health Boards across the UK commission our training time and again, trusting our approach to support the families they work with.

Sleep Action is proud to be the UK’s first and oldest sleep charity, with over 27 years of experience delivering sleep training.

Our Lecturers represent some of the UK’s foremost sleep experts, drawing from experienced practitioners and clinical and research settings.

We are proud of the impact our training makes:

100% of participants report being satisfied with the training

94% say their knowledge and understanding of sleep has improved

91% feel more confident supporting families with sleep

My role as a Specialist Nurse in ASD, is to operate a weekly sleep clinic where Melatonin can be prescribed or reviewed. Very often, improvements in sleep hygiene/bedtime routine can result in significant improvements and avoid the need for Melatonin... The training is the heartbeat of all the work I do in the sleep clinic. I personally feel it would not be clinically appropriate to operate a sleep clinic and give consideration to medication without first exploring the other non-pharmacological ways to support the child’s sleep.
