Since 2018, more than 4,000 families have turned to our Scottish Sleep Support Line for help. Below are real stories of families and young people who have transformed their sleep with our support. Names and identifying details have been anonymised.
By listening to and understanding her concerns, Krystyna's Sleep Advisor helped create a sleep plan that worked for her family, gradually reducing night feeds and improving bedtime with her partner and child.
