Trustee Vacancy at Capella!
Our trustees play a vital role in the success of our charity, and you’ll be joining a fantastic team, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.
At Capella, we believe in lasting change through learning, because everyone deserves to thrive. As a charitable company limited by guarantee, we’ve been proudly supporting people since 1998. We deliver two key services: Sleep Action and Teens+ byproviding tailored support and education that create lasting positive change and improve lives.
We’re looking for one new trustee to join our established and committed board at a particularly exciting time. In March 2027 we’re planning to restructure the charity and establish Sleep Action as its own charity. We’re hoping this new trustee position will be the person to step into the role of Chair of Sleep Action when this happens. This is a pivotal moment for the charity, and we’d love a passionate person to help us on this journey. You’ll receive full training plus plenty of support from an established team of existing trustees and senior managers.
We welcome applications from anyone passionate about our mission. If you have experience in the understanding and support of healthy sleep or delivering similar services to our Sleep Action offering, we would particularly love to hear from you.
