Have a Sleep Healthy Workplace

Promote better sleep for a happy, healthy, motivated,
and safe workforce

Prioritising workplace wellbeing is essential for fostering a motivated, healthy, and productive workforce. At Sleep Action, we understand that traditional employee wellness programmes often focus on diet and exercise while overlooking a critical pillar of health: sleep.

Our Sleep Healthy Workplace Webinar Programme is designed to bridge this gap, addressing the profound connection between sleep and mental health, safety, and overall wellbeing. Through engaging, expert-led webinars, we empower organisations to reduce fatigue-related risks, improve morale, and create a thriving environment where employees can perform at their best.

When your employees struggle with their sleep, their experience and performance at work is affected.

Sleep is the building block for good emotional, mental, and physical health. A lack of quality sleep can seriously impact our daily life.

Working-aged adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep a night.

Unfortunately, 35% of UK adults sleep less than 7 hours, while half of Britons say they don’t get enough sleep.
