Sleep Healthy Workplace Webinars Enquiry

Our engaging, expert-led 1-hour webinars explore the relationship between sleep and wellbeing and provide staff with practical advice to sleep better.

Prioritising workplace wellbeing is essential for fostering a healthy and productive workforce. Traditional employee wellness programmes focus on diet and exercise. But there is no health and wellbeing without sleep.

Our Sleep Healthy Workplace Webinars are designed to bridge this gap. Find out how we can empower your organisation to reduce fatigue-related risks, improve morale, and create an environment where your employees can thrive.

Investing in your employees’ sleep is investing in the future of your business.

Make sleep a priority

Extremely useful - I have recommended to colleagues to complete the course. From the course materials I have already been able to share tips with families and start sleep assessments/plans.
Trainee Sleep Counsellor
My role as a Specialist Nurse in ASD, is to operate a weekly sleep clinic where Melatonin can be prescribed or reviewed. Very often, improvements in sleep hygiene/bedtime routine can result in significant improvements and avoid the need for Melatonin... The training is the heartbeat of all the work I do in the sleep clinic. I personally feel it would not be clinically appropriate to operate a sleep clinic and give consideration to medication without first exploring the other non-pharmacological ways to support the child’s sleep.
Sleep Counsellor for children & young people
The Sleep Counselling training has helped me to improve my understanding of theory behind sleep as well as the recommendations that I can make to families.
Trainee Sleep Counsellor
Very interesting and full of relevant information. Well-paced, lovely presenter who encouraged us to contribute and share thoughts.
Sleep Awareness attendee
This whole training session has been invaluable and so useful for us in practice. The main thing I'm taking away is to keep applying a sensory lens while talking to families - especially during the sleep assessment phase.
Sleep Counsellor attending a CPD event
Our lives have been transformed due to our Sleep Advisor so I would love to say again how grateful and happy we are with the service.
Parent
Just to say, thank you so much for the mentor model. I finally used it for some p7 children. They were brilliant at learning and delivering this. Sleep improved, friendships were made within the group and confidence built.
Teacher running Sound Sleep in her school
I really enjoyed exploring all aspects of how we can support families and being able to practice each role of completing the assessments and plans.
Sleep Counsellor Trainee
Very beneficial and a good range of staff from different services.
