Why Richard trained with Sleep Action
- Richard noticed that students from less economically advantaged backgrounds were consistently reporting poor sleep, which was directly affecting their academic success
- Chronic fatigue was not only affecting their focus in lessons but also leading to increased absenteeism, underscoring the need for sleep education
- Recognising that a good night’s rest is the first step to unlocking potential, Richard decided to implement sleep education throughout his school as a initiative to support vulnerable students
