Our training courses may run over several days, you must commit to attend the whole course. We are unable to offer substitutions to other courses for individual days. If you are unable to attend the training you are booked on, you may be able to book onto a different date at the discretion of Sleep Action by giving notice of the following: 30 days for Sleep Awareness and Sound Sleep and 90 days for Sleep Counselling (Children or Adults). Alternatively, you may substitute another staff member as long as the required e-learning can be completed before the course start day, where applicable.

If you are not able to attend at all the following charges will apply:
Cancellation charges – training courses:
- Within 30 days of booking if beyond the timescales below: £40.32 admin fee
- More than 6 weeks before the course: 25% of the course fee
- 3-6 weeks before the course: 50% of the course fee
- Less than 3 weeks before the course: 100% of the course fee.
